Database Management: Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and keep accurate records of recruitment activities. Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to keep recruitment strategies competitive. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with company policies and employment laws. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or in a similar role. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and meet deadlines.
