Summary: The role involves delivering products across all markets and functions, ensuring end-to-end delivery across a spectrum of capabilities. The position requires participation in multiple working groups, working closely with the market lead to manage a portfolio of complex geographic, functional, process, and system footprints. Responsibilities: Business Analysis: Capture current business capability maturity and processes to at least Level 4 (e.g., &ldquoDeliver Order”). Define, align, and publish future business capability maturity to meet strategic objectives, including target process flows. Anticipate and identify future opportunities, providing external perspectives and provocation. Support the application rationalization roadmap. Develop robust business cases for strategic prioritization of investments. Identify the high-level impact of changes from development or transformation of business capabilities. Business Engagement and Value Realisation: Build credible relationships with stakeholders and SMEs to understand and work with value streams. Strategy and Execution: Work closely with functions to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technology initiatives. Collaborate with solution teams to deliver the technology roadmap as per commitments. Benefits Realisation and Adoption: Monitor and measure the effectiveness of technology implementations, recommending improvements. Monitor adoption of solutions and define interventions where needed. Service Operations and Worker Experience: Maintain awareness of the operational tech landscape, supporting service and maintenance activities as needed. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiency in work processes. Coordinate with operational teams for issue resolution.
