Summary: We're seeking an experienced Learning & Development contractor to partner on the end-to-end execution of our onboarding project. This role will work closely with the team to design, coordinate, and deliver a comprehensive onboarding experience for new team members. Responsibilities: Own end-to-end project execution for the onboarding program, from planning through delivery and evaluation. Facilitate engaging onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the team. Manage all training operations including scheduling, logistics, materials preparation, and stakeholder coordination. Partner with subject matter experts to develop and refine onboarding content and learning paths. Track program metrics and gather feedback to continuously improve the onboarding experience. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of the intervention. Requirements: Proven experience facilitating training programs and onboarding interventions. Experience working with technical teams. Required Skills: Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Strong training operations expertise with demonstrated ability to manage complex learning projects. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with other teams. Preferred Skills: Background in technology or data engineering onboarding programs.
