What You'll Do Create graphics and visual assets for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, marketing materials, and more Develop on-brand designs that are visually compelling and communicate clearly Use AI tools to generate, enhance, and speed up your creative output Edit and produce short-form videos reels, ads, product clips, and branded content as needed Work closely with the marketing and content team to translate ideas into visuals Manage multiple design requests while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines Continuously experiment with new styles, tools, and creative approaches What We're Looking For Strong graphic design skills with a confident eye for layout, typography, color, and composition Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or any editing tool for detailed editing, compositing, and creative design work Hands-on experience with Canva for fast, on-brand content production Familiarity with AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, or similar) to generate and enhance visual and video content Ability to edit videos — trimming, pacing, adding text, music, and basic effects A willingness to learn and experiment — you actively explore new tools and techniques Good communication and the ability to take feedback constructively Nice to Have Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut Motion graphics or basic animation skills Prior experience at a brand, agency, or in-house creative team A portfolio that shows design range and creative versatility
