Role Description We are seeking a Freight Broker for a full-time on-site role based in Patiala. The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing client accounts, coordinating freight dispatching, providing top-notch customer service, and facilitating brokerage services. Additional responsibilities include communicating with carriers, negotiating rates, and ensuring timely delivery of shipments while maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. Qualifications Proficient in Freight Brokerage and general Brokerage services Skilled in Customer Service with the ability to build and maintain client relationships Experience in Dispatching and coordinating shipment logistics Strong skills in Account Management to oversee client accounts and ensure satisfaction Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Experience in the logistics or freight industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred Location - Mohali
