About the role We are looking for a seasoned IAM Engineer with Linux/Unix to strengthen the security posture of our global platforms. You will design, implement and operate security controls across cloud, container and on‑premise environments, and lead incident‑response initiatives in line with the latest regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, DORA, NIST, NIS2). Key Responsibilities Domain Security Frameworks Align security controls with ISO 27001, DORA, NIST, NIS2; develop, evolve, and enforce policies and incident‑response plans. Cloud & Container Security Harden GCP and/or AWS workloads; secure Docker containers using tools such as Anchore. Identity & Access Management Implement and manage IAM/PAM solutions (e.g., CyberArk); enforce MFA across all services. Automation & DevOps Build CI/CD security pipelines using Jenkins and Ansible; script routine tasks. System & Middleware Hardening Apply security baselines for Microsoft, Unix, RACF OS; protect Oracle, DB2, MS‑SQL middleware. Operations & Ticketing Triage and resolve security tickets in ServiceNow; collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Programming & Scripting Develop automation scripts in PowerShell, REXX, Cobol, CICS, JCL; Python is a plus. Communication Produce clear security reports; deliver training and advisory services to internal and external stakeholders. Required Technical Competencies Deep expertise in IAM (ISO 27001, DORA, NIST, NIS2). Proven experience securing GCP and/or AWS environments. Hands‑on knowledge of container security (Docker, Anchore). Strong background with IAM/PAM solutions (e.g., CyberArk) and MFA implementation. Proficiency with Jenkins and Ansible for security automation. Solid understanding of Microsoft, Unix, RACF operating systems. Experience securing Oracle, DB2, MS‑SQL middleware. Scripting/Programming: PowerShell, REXX, Cobol, CICS, JCL ; Python preferred. Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing workflow. Fluent English – written and spoken.
