Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Bench Sales Consultant. The Bench Sales Consultant will identify and engage clients, market IT resources, build long-term client relationships, and deliver top-notch customer support. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, efficiently placing IT professionals on appropriate projects, and consulting on resource management strategies to meet organizational needs. Qualifications Proficiency in Sales Consulting and the ability to resource IT professionals effectively. Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to build trust and long-term relationships with clients. Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clients and teams. Experience in Consulting, with a focus on strategic solutions for optimizing resource placement and project success. Strong problem-solving abilities and a goal-oriented approach. Understanding of IT outsourcing and offshoring practices is advantageous. Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
