JOB TITLE: Jr. Associate - Sales Support Career Stream: Sales Career Sub stream: Sales Operations Role: Jr. Associate Role Variant: Sales Support Employment Type: Salaried Full-Time Location ( City, Country; specify remote/hybrid/on-site): India Career Band: A Career Level: A1 Role Purpose: This role enables the sales team by managing pre and post sales activities, ensuring seamless coordination and analysis on sales activities. The role requires commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and the ability to handle sales processes in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Act as a support partner to the sales team across the end-to-end sales lifecycle Documentation of sales proposals, quotations, RFP/RFI responses, and contracts as shared by Sales teams Ensure accuracy and timeliness of sales documentation, pricing, and approvals Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Operations, and Delivery teams to support operational sales processes Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics; generate regular reports and insights for leadership Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure data integrity and visibility Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Accuracy of Sales Documentation Internal SLA Adherence Reporting Accuracy & Timeliness CRM Data Accuracy & Hygiene Skill & Competency Profile (Can make additions at time of hiring): Technical Skills: SKILL Level Salesforce Proficiency 1 SCM Proficiency 1 Productivity Tools Proficiency (Excel, Outlook, etc) 1 Supplier Resources (Website, Portal, etc) 1 Tableau 1 Power BI Pro 1 ServiceNow - CSM 1 Negotiation 1 Collaboration with Internal Teams 1 Multitasking/Prioritization 1 Customer Service/Satisfaction 1 Functional competencies: COMPETENCY LEVEL Technical Product Knowledge 1 Communication and Interpersonal Skills 2 Time Management and Multitasking 2 Customer Relations and Problem Solving 1 CRM & Sales Tools Proficiency N/A Leadership & People Development N/A Operational Excellence 1 Change Management 1 Leadership/Behavioral competencies: Quality of Work, External Focus, Ownership, Communication Skills, Problem Solving, Proactiveness, Collaboration, Expertise and Training & Development Certifications: Qualifications & Experience: Degree: Graduate / Professional Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing; MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
