Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive located in Mumbai. Responsibilities include managing guest interactions and ensuring a seamless dining experience, addressing guest inquiries, assisting with reservations, and handling feedback with a focus on customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional hospitality and contributing to the promotion of dining services and experiences offered by CHPL. Qualifications Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills to enhance the overall experience. Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively and professionally with guests and team members. Experience performing Receptionist Duties, such as managing reservations, greeting guests, and coordinating with staff. Background in Sales, with the ability to promote restaurant services and uphold brand standards. Highly organized with attention to detail and a positive attitude towards creating memorable experiences for guests. Prior experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is an advantage. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or related field is preferred.
