Role : Customer Support Representative (Japanese-speaking) Work Arrangement : Work from Home Location : India - Bangalore Schedule : Mid/Night shift Job description: Key Responsibilities Handle inbound Japanese customer support calls confidently. Resolve Level 1 inquiries using clear processes. Log and update tickets accurately in HubSpot. Escalate complex issues to internal experts. Follow call handling and documentation standards. Perform ticket clean-up during downtime. Improve FAQs, scripts, and support resources. Qualification and requirements: Fluent Japanese, spoken and written. Professional phone-based customer service experience. Clear, confident, and engaging communication skills. Strong listening and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable using ticketing systems like HubSpot. Adaptable in fast-paced, evolving environments. Reliable, self-directed, and process-oriented mindset.
