Role Description The Site Civil Engineer will coordinate and oversee on-site construction and infrastructure projects in Nagpur and Amravati. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for ensuring project plans are executed effectively, budgets are adhered to, and timelines are met. Key activities include supervising site operations, managing construction teams, verifying design and technical details, and resolving on-site challenges to ensure project quality and safety standards. Qualifications Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Civil Engineering Design and understanding core concepts in Civil Engineering Skills in Planning and managing construction activities efficiently Proficiency in Stormwater Management systems and related engineering applications Ability to lead and collaborate with Civil Engineers and construction teams Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Familiarity with relevant regulations, safety protocols, and compliance standards Proficiency with AutoCAD, project management software, and other civil engineering tools is a plus
