About the Role We are looking for an ETL Developer (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on data integration, pipeline automation, data transformation, and scalable analytics workflows. In this role, you will work with AI-generated outputs related to ETL/ELT processes, database systems, data warehousing, workflow orchestration, and cloud-based data pipelines, helping improve how AI models understand and solve real-world data engineering challenges. Your expertise will contribute to improving AI systems used for intelligent data operations, analytics automation, and enterprise-scale data workflows. Responsibilities Create deliverables addressing common requests within your professional domain Annotate and evaluate AI-generated responses related to ETL workflows and data engineering systems Review peer-developed deliverables to improve AI research quality and consistency Assess AI outputs for data accuracy, pipeline reliability, scalability, and workflow efficiency Identify data inconsistencies, transformation errors, integration issues, or performance bottlenecks in AI-generated solutions and provide structured feedback Support workflows involving data extraction, transformation, loading, warehousing, and orchestration systems Contribute domain expertise to improve AI systems focused on data engineering and analytics automation Requirements Background in Data Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes, database systems, and data pipeline architectures Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Python, Spark, Airflow, SSIS, Informatica, Talend, dbt, or similar ETL tools is preferred Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus Understanding of data warehousing, workflow automation, and large-scale data processing systems Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment Why Join Us Competitive hourly pay: ₹1500 – ₹2000/hour Fully remote with flexible working hours Opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI and data infrastructure research Exposure to scalable analytics systems and intelligent data workflows Flexible project-based opportunities with global teams
