## Key Responsibilities

• Control the entire client onboarding procedure, which includes thorough KYC along with AML reviews.

• Respond quickly and efficiently to inquiries from business teams, customers and internal customers, business teams, and internal.

• Know the specific requirements of clients and provide advice regarding practical and operational solutions.

• Review current processes and escalate problems to legal, compliance and management if necessary.

• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure that you are performing regular quality checks in every day onboarding activities.

• Be sure to adhere to all the regulations and coordinate the implementation of changes to processes within relevant teams.

## Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree obtained from a recognised school (mandatory).

• A solid background in customer relationship management, with outstanding writing and oral communication skills.

• Expertise in building and maintaining professional relationships with global customers and top stakeholders.

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a keen eye for particulars.

• Experience with analysing data and creating operational metrics with self-service tools is preferred.

• A familiarity with tools like Alteryx, Tableau, SQL or RPA robotics is an advantage.

• The ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is crucial.

• Comfortable working with a variety of web-based software and systems.

• Prior experience with operational reconciliation, onboarding, or the implementation of regulatory processes is an advantage.
