Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Luxury Furniture Sales Consultant. The Sales Consultant will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide expert guidance on our exclusive furniture pieces, and deliver exceptional sales and customer service experiences. Responsibilities include consulting with clients, managing inquiries, guiding them through the purchase process, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. The role contributes directly to driving sales while creating lasting relationships with clients. Qualifications Strong skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting to effectively guide customers through tailored furniture solutions Proven expertise in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure exceptional client experiences Excellent Communication skills to connect with a diverse customer base and demonstrate product value Ability to build relationships and maintain a professional, customer-first attitude Prior experience in luxury retail or furniture sales is a plus Flexibility to work in a dynamic, client-centered environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Design, or a relevant field is advantageous Responsibility : • Welcome and assist customers in the studio • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture • Explain product features, materials, and customization options • Close high-value sales and achieve monthly targets • Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business • Coordinate with the design and delivery teams Skills Required: • Excellent communication skills • Experience in luxury retail or furniture sales • Strong customer service mindset • Ability to close high-value deals
