About the Role We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst who also has working knowledge of ServiceNow. We run both platforms and need someone who can bridge the gap, ensuring business processes are well defined and work seamlessly across both systems. This is a BA-focused contract role sitting across two platforms. Salesforce manages client-facing operations, and ServiceNow handles internal service management and facilities workflows. You'll own the requirements, facilitate the conversations, and make sure nothing gets lost at the handoff between platforms. Responsibilities: Lead discovery sessions and workshops with stakeholders across property sales, leasing, and client management Gather, document, and validate business requirements including user stories, process maps, BRDs Work with Salesforce developers and admins to translate requirements into working solutions Define and document integration and handoff points between Salesforce and ServiceNow Map end-to-end cross-platform workflows ensuring continuity across both systems Provide business-side input on ServiceNow configuration and support change management Manage the full BA lifecycle through to UAT, training, and post-go-live support Requirements: Solid Salesforce BA experience Working knowledge of ServiceNow (able to navigate the platform and engage confidently with ServiceNow teams) Experience documenting processes that span multiple platforms or systems Strong stakeholder management Agile/Scrum delivery experience Salesforce certifications advantageous (Admin, BA, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant) ServiceNow CSA or ITSM familiarity a plus Real estate, property management, or facilities background highly regarded
