.Oversee daily operations across Inbound, Outbound, Etching, and MRP Labelling .Ensure smooth execution of receiving, put away, picking, packing, and dispatching .Monitor productivity (UPH), accuracy, and turnaround time .Supervise engraving/etching and ensure correct P-part and MRP labelling .Maintain high standards of inventory accuracy and process compliance .Ensure on-time dispatch and effective coordination with transport teams .Manage manpower, shift planning, attendance, and team performance .Drive multi-skilling and cross-training initiatives .Ensure adherence to safety standards and promote a zero-incident culture .Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvements
