Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Executive located in Mumbai at Eamah Entrepreneur. The Technical Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to sales and customer relationship management, highlighting product features, understanding customer requirements, and providing technical assistance to clients. Key skills Excellent competence with Microsoft 365 (Word, Exel, Powerpoint and OneDrive is a must). Technical Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills. Ability to understand engineering concepts and highlight product features and understand customer requirements. Technical assistance and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Knowledge of pharmaceutical production machinery is a plus. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, Business, or related field.
