Job Title: IEC Executive Location: Delhi Organization: EcoEx Foundation Role Overview: The IEC Executive at EcoEx Foundation will be responsible for planning and executing awareness campaigns focused on plastic waste management, sustainability, and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR). The role involves active community engagement through educational drives, collection campaigns, and on-ground activation across Delhi. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and execute IEC activities such as awareness drives, plogging events, and plastic collection campaigns • Conduct educational sessions in schools, RWAs, corporates, and public areas • Engage with communities including residents, women groups, students, and senior citizens • Promote participation through digital tools/apps (e.g., Ecomates app) • Coordinate with local authorities, RWAs, and vendors for smooth execution of event • Ensure proper documentation through photos, videos, and reporting • Maintain daily/weekly reports of activities, participation, and collection data • Support in developing IEC materials such as presentations, posters, and communication content • Drive behaviour changes towards responsible plastic disposal and recycling Skills Required:• Strong communication and public speaking skills • Experience in fieldwork and community mobilization • Basic understanding of plastic waste management and EPR • Event planning and coordination skills • Ability to work independently and in a team • Knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools Qualification: • Graduate in any discipline (Environmental Science / Social Work preferred) • 0–3 years of experience in IEC, outreach, or field operations
