About The Role The Talent Acquisition Intern role at Hireginie offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about building a career in recruitment. As part of our Hireginie Accelerate Programme, you will undergo a comprehensive 6-month internship designed to develop your skills in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates across various roles, including tech, product, and non-tech positions. This remote internship combines virtual classroom training with hands-on on-the-job experience, preparing you for a potential full-time career as a Talent Acquisition Manager within our organization. Qualifications We welcome candidates from diverse educational backgrounds, with a preference for students pursuing an MBA or related fields. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and an enthusiasm for recruitment. Candidates must have access to a laptop or PC and be proficient in English at a professional level. While familiarity with recruitment tools is advantageous, it is not mandatory for application. This role is suitable for individuals eager to learn and grow within a dynamic, inclusive environment. Responsibilities Assist in managing the entire recruitment cycle for various roles, including sourcing, screening, and conducting initial interviews. Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand specific role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies. Utilize multiple channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to identify and engage potential candidates. Conduct outreach to prospective candidates, schedule interviews, and maintain communication throughout the hiring process. Support the maintenance and updating of recruitment databases, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. Participate actively in weekly training sessions and workshops aimed at enhancing recruitment skills and industry knowledge.
