Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive based in Kanpur Nagar. The Field Sales Executive will generate leads, build strong relationships with clients, and manage the entire sales cycle. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, negotiating and closing deals, promoting Fitico's product range, and providing post-sales support. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to address client requirements and meet sales targets effectively. Regular field visits to clients and authorized dealers will be a core part of this role. Qualifications Strong sales, business development, and client relationship management skills Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities Basic knowledge of fittings and hardware products or technical aptitude to learn quickly Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities Adaptability to work in an on-site, target-driven environment Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently Experience in the hardware, construction, or manufacturing industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
