Coordinate with logistics, customer service, and sales teams to streamline order fulfillment and delivery processes. Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement, supporting strategic decision-making. Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Prepare reports on operational performance metrics for management review. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have: Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms, excellent communication skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, knowledge of supply chain processes, ability to work independently in a remote setting, familiarity with project management software. Preferred: Previous internship experience in e-commerce or operations, knowledge of logistics management, familiarity with remote collaboration tools.
