Academic Manager (EdTech) Overview The Academic Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience within our EdTech platform. This position involves leading a team of educators, driving curriculum development, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality academic programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for education, and the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders to enhance student learning outcomes. Key Roles & Responsibilities Team Management: Lead and manage a team of educators and academic coordinators to ensure high-quality educational delivery. Curriculum Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and enhance curriculum content aligned with educational standards and market needs. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze team performance metrics, providing feedback and support for continuous improvement. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including parents, students, and educational institutions, to foster relationships and gather feedback. Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for educators to enhance their teaching methodologies and ensure adherence to best practices. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of academic strategies that align with company goals and enhance student outcomes. Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards, maintaining the integrity of academic programs. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in team handling and leadership roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics. Familiarity with digital learning tools and platforms.
