Responsibilities Actively prospect and qualify HNI and NRI leads through digital platforms, events, and referrals. Conduct professional site visits and property presentations tailored to each client's lifestyle goals. Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to booking, documentation, and handover. Build and maintain a pipeline using CRM tools; provide weekly reporting to management. Follow up persistently and creatively on warm and cold leads without prompting. Represent the brand at luxury expos, NRI events, and high-net-worth networking forums. Coordinate internally with legal, finance, and project teams to ensure seamless client experience.
