For more about Group Bayport, please visit Website: https://groupbayport.com/about-us/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/groupbayport/mycompany/ Job Overview We are looking for a Fashion Management Intern who will be responsible for new website development project working on various aspects such as brand guidelines, and image optimization, UX/UI and business metrices across home fashion and lifestyle categories. The candidate should be a team player, and can work with cross functional teams on projects related to technology, creatives, planning, marketing, and business and ensures smooth end to end execution. The candidate will work closely with design, marketing, content, and business teams to support organized and efficient project workflow. Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination & Website Management Assist in managing website development projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution. Support project planning, tracking, and execution similar to a project management role. Help organize workflows, timelines, and task tracking for web and commerce-related projects. Content & Creative Support Assist in creation and curation of website content, visuals, banners, and thematic concepts. Coordinate with creative and marketing teams to ensure consistency across digital touchpoints. Support in maintaining visual alignment with branding and communication guidelines. Business Structuring & Documentation Help structure business and commerce requirements through templates, trackers, and worksheets. Maintain organized documentation and ensure smooth coordination between stakeholders. Support data organization and process standardization for internal teams. Branding & Communication Assist in implementing branding guidelines across website and communication assets. Support development of brand communication aligned with business requirements and campaigns. Contribute ideas for improving customer experience and presentation across digital platforms. Process & Learning Follow established workflows, templates, and project management practices. Stay updated with fashion, e-commerce, branding, and digital communication trends. Actively participate in review meetings and feedback discussions for continuous improvement. Qualifications and Requirements: Master's degree or pursuing Fashion Management, Fashion Communication from NIFT Delhi. Strong interest in fashion, branding, e-commerce, and digital content management. Good organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Basic understanding of branding, website content management, and project coordination. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace; knowledge of Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite is a plus.
