Role Type: Full-Time, 6-Month Internship Department: Human Resources & Client Success Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized Human Resources Intern to bridge the gap between talent acquisition, corporate wellness, and project management. In this hybrid role, you will not only support our internal recruitment and research initiatives but also take direct ownership of designing and executing impactful wellness and stress management events for our corporate clients. Key Responsibilities 1. Client Wellness & Event Execution Design and pitch innovative corporate wellness, mental health, and stress management programs tailored to client needs. Execute end-to-end event logistics for virtual and in-person workshops, ensuring high client engagement. Gather feedback post-event to measure impact and continuously improve future wellness initiatives. 2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks. Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate interview schedules for hiring managers. Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure a clean, compliant, and up-to-date candidate pipeline. 3. HR Research & Project Management Conduct market research on HR industry trends, benchmarking employee retention strategies and wellness benefits. Manage project timelines for internal HR initiatives, ensuring cross-functional tasks are completed on time. Synthesize research data into clean presentations and actionable reports for senior leadership. Required Qualifications Education : Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Organization : Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple event timelines simultaneously. Communication : Exceptional public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills to confidently lead client workshops. Tech Savvy : Proficiency with Google Workspace/MS Office, Canva (or design tools), and basic knowledge of ATS platforms. Mindset : High empathy, cultural awareness, and a genuine passion for employee well-being and mental health.
