Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to customers. Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and effectively. Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and security protocols. Secondary Responsibilities Collaborate with branch team members to meet branch goals and service standards. What We Are Looking For Education Graduate in any discipline Experience 0–4 years of experience in customer service or cash handling roles.
