Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Indore. In this role, you will actively identify opportunities for new business development, generate and qualify leads, and build long-term client relationships. You will also manage existing accounts, maintain consistent communication with clients, and explore strategies to maximize revenue growth. Collaborative work with internal teams will ensure customer satisfaction and the delivery of customized IT solutions. Qualifications Experience in New Business Development and proficiency in Lead Generation to identify and capture growth opportunities Strong skills in Business and Account Management to handle client relationships and develop strategies for customer retention Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and internal collaboration Ability to work proactively with a solutions-focused mindset in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Familiarity with IT products, market trends, and global business practices is an advantage
