Role Description This is an on-site internship role for an Apprentice at ITC Hotels, located in Agra. The Apprentice will support daily operations by assisting in various hospitality functions, including guest services, food and beverage operations, housekeeping, and front desk support. The role involves gaining hands-on experience, learning industry best practices, and contributing to enhancing guest satisfaction. This position will provide exposure to a variety of departments within the hotel to offer a holistic understanding of the hospitality industry. Apprentices will work closely with experienced professionals to grow their skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Qualifications Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills for guest interaction Basic understanding of hospitality operations, including front desk and guest services Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities Keen attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality guest experiences Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a dynamic environment Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Hospitality Management or related field Prior internship or work experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Passion for learning, adaptability, and a customer-centric mindset
