About the Role
Job Overview: Kriscent Techno Hub Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic and self-motivated International Tele Sales Executives to join our growing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with international clients, generating leads, explaining IT services, and closing sales deals through calls, emails, and virtual communication. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, confidence in client interaction, and the ability to work in a target-driven international sales environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle outbound and inbound international sales calls. Generate and qualify leads from international markets. Pitch company IT services and solutions to potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers. Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities. Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals. Maintain proper records of client communication and sales activities. Coordinate with internal teams for project discussions and client requirements. Required Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities. Ability to interact professionally with international clients. Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment. Basic knowledge of IT services and digital solutions will be an added advantage. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes preferred.
