About the Role
This is a full-time on-site role for a Global Sales Executive based in Bengaluru. Key tasks include collaborating with internal teams to align client needs with Learners Era's offerings and driving business growth in global markets. The role involves travel as needed to meet potential clients and attend industry events. Qualifications Strong skills in client relationship management, communication, and negotiation Experience with sales prospecting, lead generation, and business development Proficiency in crafting and presenting compelling sales pitches and proposals Knowledge of global markets and the ability to navigate diverse cultural contexts Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed revenue targets Background in sales within the education, professional training, or upskilling industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred Adaptability, resilience, and strong problem-solving skills
