Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Mengio. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations at the project site, ensuring that all construction and installation activities are executed efficiently and in compliance with design specifications and safety protocols. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors and team members, monitoring project progress, maintaining timelines, and addressing any issues that arise on-site. Additionally, the Site Supervisor will ensure quality control and proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Project management abilities, including planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in communication and leadership to coordinate effectively with site teams and contractors Knowledge of construction practices, safety regulations, and materials management Attention to detail and quality control to ensure project standards and specifications are met Adaptability and the ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment Relevant certifications or a diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is advantageous
