Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bench Sales Recruiter role, located in Nizamabad. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, managing client accounts, and sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals. Additional responsibilities include fostering strong client and consultant relationships, negotiating rates, and ensuring successful placements. The role requires achieving sales and placement targets while maintaining high levels of professionalism and communication. Qualifications Expertise in Sales Recruitment, including sourcing, negotiating, and placing qualified candidates. Proven experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes. Strong Account Management skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and consultants. Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interactions and negotiations. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on meeting deadlines and targets. Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective recruitment strategies. Experience in IT recruitment or a related technical field is a plus. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
