Role Description The HR Recruiter Intern will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process to identify, attract, and onboard top talent. Daily tasks include posting job advertisements, screening applications, conducting initial interviews, coordinating schedules for interviews, and assisting in resolving recruitment-related queries. The intern will also help with employer branding initiatives, maintaining candidate databases, and contributing to the improvement of recruitment strategies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. Qualifications Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities Familiarity with recruitment tools, job boards, and applicant tracking systems Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines Knowledge of the hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates Team-oriented, proactive mindset with attention to detail Familiarity with employer branding techniques and strategies is a plus Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software tools Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
