Job Description Job Description: The Education Operations Specialist is responsible for managing order fulfilment and supporting day-to-day operational execution within the Education team. This role ensures timely and accurate delivery of training services and coordination across internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end order fulfilment for training programs (ILT, On-Demand, ELS) Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling, execution, and delivery of training Ensure timely processing of orders, enrolments, and fulfilment activities in LMS and related systems Monitor and manage operational queues to ensure SLA adherence Support customer and partner requests related to fulfilment and training logistics Maintain accurate records and documentation for all fulfilment activities Proactively identify and resolve operational gaps and escalations
