About the Role
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Gurugram. The Business Development Executive will identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build and maintain client relationships, and manage accounts to achieve business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching potential clients, conducting meetings, closing sales, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and growth. Qualifications Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to secure and grow client relationships Strong understanding of Business and Account Management to meet and exceed revenue targets Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail Relevant experience in healthcare or service-based industries is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
