Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Business Development Associate. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, generating leads, preparing impactful presentations for potential clients, and effectively communicating the value of Placemein's services. This role also involves fostering relationships with clients and partners, and participating in strategic planning to drive business growth and achieve targets. Qualifications Strong Presentation Skills and the ability to create engaging and impactful Presentations Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and cultivate business opportunities Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and build relationships Ability to work collaboratively, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience or knowledge of the talent and hiring ecosystem is a plus
