Manage and maintain the school's IT and network infrastructure across multiple campuses. Configure, monitor, and secure firewall systems to ensure safe and reliable network operations. Implement, manage, and monitor antivirus and endpoint security solutions. Administer CCTV and surveillance systems, ensuring effective campus-wide coverage and functionality. Design, deploy, and maintain Wi-Fi and wireless networking solutions for school campuses. Manage mobile connectivity solutions and integration with school communication systems. Install, configure, and troubleshoot network switches, routers, and related hardware devices. Ensure data security, regular backups, and disaster recovery processes are effectively implemented. Provide technical support for IT infrastructure issues and resolve escalated technical concerns in a timely manner. Plan and execute network upgrades, infrastructure expansions, and preventive maintenance activities. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware, networking, and IT support requirements. Maintain documentation related to network architecture, configurations, and IT assets. Need a person with good communication skills, and open to travel for a few days across locations for Network Planning work.
