About the Role
Location: Based in Guwahati, Assam (with massive travel across the Northeast) Joining: Immediate / Within 15 days About Us At Pristi , we are a fast-growing spice brand based out of Guwahati. We skip the middlemen, work directly with farms, and deliver fresh, top-tier whole and powdered spices straight to professional kitchens (Hotels, Restaurants & Catering – the HORECA segment) across Northeast India. We are expanding fast, and we need someone who can match our pace and energy. Who We Are Looking For (Hint: We care about your grit, not your resume) Honestly We don't care if you have a mountain of experience. If you're waiting for a cozy 9-to-5 desk job, this isn't it. We are looking for personal traits that can't be taught in a classroom: You are relentless: A No doesn't discourage you; it just means you haven't found the right angle yet. You keep pushing until you get a Yes. You genuinely love people: You can strike up a conversation with a street vendor or a 5-star hotel head chef with equal ease. Building trust is your superpower. You have a fierce can-do attitude: When a problem pops up, you don't wait for instructions. You figure it out and get things done. You love the road: Backpacking and travelling extensively across the beautiful Northeast sounds like an adventure to you, not a chore. What You'll Be Doing Every Day Your main mission is to put Pristi spices in every major kitchen across the region. This involves: Getting out on the field to hunt down new leads and onboard restaurants, hotels, and caterers. Showing up, building relationships, and showing chefs why our spices are better. Owning your territory—hitting monthly targets and driving real business growth. Keeping your ear to the ground to report back on market trends and what competitors are doing. Following up on orders and payments to make sure our clients stay happy and stocked up. The Bare Essentials Good communication skills in English and Hindi (if you know local Northeast languages, that's a massive bonus). Total comfort with regular, extensive travel. Prior FMCG or food sector experience is a nice bonus, but a hungry attitude matters way more. What's In It For You Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
