Job Requirements Key Responsibilities PLC, HMI and SCADA programming of control systems in a variety of platforms for water and wastewater treatment systems. Good experience in Programming of Schneider/Allen Bradley/Siemens PLC, HMI SCADA System is a Must (Unity pro, EcoStruxure ,ControlLogix, RSLogix5000, Factory Talk View-Machine Edition or Site Edition, TIA portal) Configuration and testing of PLC data and IO networks. Read and process engineering documents, including P&IDs, process design guidelines, Electrical Schematics, Communications Network Architecture and engineering best practices guides. Collaborate with cross-functional project team to get clarification of Input documents and understand the requirements Interpret and follow contract and customer specifications Manage the project budget, scope and schedule and report risks and opportunities to project managers in timely manner. To lead the complete project with respect to budgeted hours, Schedule and ensuring quality of deliverables to meet the 95% of first time yield. Lead/coordinate/guide other automation programming resources for projects as needed Flexible to learn new tools, Process & technologies Provide remote support for field service teams during commissioning for trouble- shooting the issues on timely manner. Work with 3rd-party system integrators to coordinate plant design and operation as needed Execute projects for a wide variety of Water Treatment Technologies will be a value addition (including Ion Exchange, Immersed and Pressurized Ultra Filtration, Membrane Bioreactors, Reverse Osmosis, Electro Deionization, Electrodialysis Reversal, Conventional) Participate in customer witnessed FAT, SAT and other related Control System checkouts as needed Work Experience PLC, HMI and SCADA programming of control systems in a variety of platforms for water and wastewater treatment systems. In addition to that Rs.6000/= per month (Pro rate basis) will be provided as a second shift allowance
