About The Team Our engineering organization operates in collaborative squads, typically comprising Squad Lead, Business Analyst, Development Lead, Software Engineers and Test Engineers. About The Role As a Senior Software Engineer – Level 1, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot. You'll collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable, high‑quality services that meet both technical and business needs. This role is ideal for someone with strong backend engineering fundamentals, effective problem‑solving skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑grade web applications following best coding practices. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver new product capabilities, valuing diverse perspectives. Track, investigate, and resolve assigned issues using standard tools, while communicating progress effectively. Stay current with evolving technologies and development practices; share insights with the team. Produce and review technical specifications and supporting documentation.
