Six months of structured learning, real work on live client accounts, and a clear path to a full-time offer for the people who deliver. What you'll actually do You'll be embedded in one of our Strategy pods, working alongside Email Marketing Strategists, Designers, and Pod Leads. The work is real, not coffee-fetching. Specifically: Shadow strategists on client calls, audits, and campaign planning. Take notes, ask questions, learn how decisions actually get made. Help build campaign briefs, content calendars, and post-campaign performance reports. Pull data from Klaviyo, our internal tooling, and Hiro Analytics. Learn to read it. Form hypotheses about why campaigns performed how they did. Final QA emails before they go live. Test on multiple devices. Catch the small things. Research competitor brands, audit their email programs, and bring insights back to your pod. Write copy when needed. Subject lines, short campaign blurbs, internal docs. Use AI tools daily. We'll teach you how to use Claude, ChatGPT, and our internal AI-augmented workflows to do better work faster than 99% of marketers your age. By month 6, the goal is for you to be running parts of a brand's email program with light oversight. The interns who get there move into full-time Email Marketing Strategist roles. What we're looking for Final-year students (any discipline) or recent grads with 0-1 years of experience. Strong written English. You'll be writing every day, briefs, copy, internal docs, client-facing reports. Writing is most of the job. Genuine curiosity about marketing, D2C brands, and consumer behavior. If you can name 3 D2C brands you like and explain why they work, that's a great start. Comfort with data and structure. You don't need to know Klaviyo or SQL. You do need to be the kind of person who likes figuring things out. Self-direction. Six months goes fast. The interns who succeed are the ones who don't wait to be told what to do next.
