In 2013, the company launched its commercial furniture division, ROOTS SYONA, catering to ergonomically designed furniture solutions for work environments, including innovative chair models with plans for expanded offerings. Role Description The Key Account Executive in the Furniture Division will be responsible for managing key client relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, and identifying new business opportunities. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, presenting products, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and drive revenue growth within the furniture division. Qualifications Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, and sales strategy execution. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of the furniture industry, sales techniques, and market trends. Ability to analyze customer needs, provide solutions, and develop long-term partnerships. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software for documentation and tracking. A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Experience in the furniture or related industry and familiarity with B2B sales are advantageous. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and business development.
