Job Title: Article Assistant (CA Inter Both groups completed) Location: [RA Puram, Chennai] Firm: [RRPM & Associates LLP Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Article Assistant who is currently pursuing Chartered Accountancy and has cleared both groups in Inter. The role offers hands-on experience in core areas of auditing, taxation, accounting, and compliance, providing a strong foundation for a future Chartered Accountant. Key Responsibilities: · Assist in statutory and tax audits of companies, firms, and individuals across various industries. · Conduct internal audits, bank audits and prepare audit documentation as per standards. · Support in the preparation and filing of Income Tax returns, TDS returns, and GST returns. · Handle bookkeeping, finalization of accounts, and reconciliation tasks. · Assist in compliance and regulatory filings with ROC, MCA, and other authorities. · Work on research assignments and support in drafting opinions on taxation and accounting matters. · Maintain proper documentation and work papers as per firm protocols. Candidate Profile: · Must have cleared CA Inter. · Good understanding of accounting principles and taxation laws. · Proficient in MS Excel, Tally, and basic accounting software. · Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. · Willingness to learn and take initiative.
