Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for an English | Social Science Teacher located at our campus in Panchgani - Maharashtra. The role involves teaching English and Social Science to middle school students, developing engaging and comprehensive lesson plans, and fostering a learning environment that encourages intellectual growth and curiosity. Collaboration with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum and supporting students in their academic journey will also be key responsibilities. Qualifications Graduate / Postgraduate and B.Ed. / M.Ed. Experience teaching middle school students, with a focus on English and Social Studies. Proficiency in curriculum development and lesson planning tailored to various learning needs. Strong communication skills to connect effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. Experience with integrating cultural and global perspectives into curriculum as a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Social Science, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred. Passion for holistic student development and fostering a supportive classroom environment. Experience in a residential education setting is an advantage but not mandatory.
