Role Description We are hiring a Business Development Associate to support employer outreach and partnership development for SenaSphere. The role involves: Identifying and reaching out to potential employers Using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and outreach Conducting market research and maintaining lead pipelines Leveraging AI tools to improve outreach, prospecting, and workflow efficiency Building relationships with HR teams and decision-makers Supporting growth of SenaSphere's hiring network This is a hybrid role based in Bareilly with flexibility for remote work. Qualifications Strong communication and outreach skills Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator is mandatory Comfortable using AI tools for research, messaging, and productivity Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented Prior experience in business development, recruitment, sales, or lead generation preferred Bachelor's degree preferred Interest in veteran employment and startup ecosystems is a plus
