Role: AWS Connect – Custom CCP / Reporting Engineer Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week) Contract Duration: 12 months+ Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri) Timezone : IST with overlap to US teams (2 hours of overlap. End of consultant's day overlaps with start of US day EST.) Location: 100% Remote We are seeking experienced AWS Connect Engineers to support custom CCP development, reporting, and analytics solutions within a large-scale contact center transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Amazon Connect CCP, React, AWS analytics services, and real-time integrations. Key Responsibilities Design and develop custom Amazon Connect CCP integrations Build real-time reporting dashboards and analytics solutions Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM and backend systems Develop reporting pipelines using AWS analytics technologies Collaborate with frontend and backend teams on agent desktop functionality Support scalable cloud-native contact center solutions Requirements Strong experience with Amazon Connect CCP Strong React and frontend development experience Experience with Kinesis, AWS Glue, and Athena Experience building real-time reporting and analytics solutions Experience integrating contact center systems with CRM platforms Strong API integration and cloud application experience Preferred Custom agent desktop development experience Enterprise-scale AWS data processing experience Contact center reporting/analytics background
