Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Technician located in Hosur. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair of equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, providing on-site field service, and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction. The role will include daily travel to various customer locations to address service requests and ensure operational safety and efficiency. Qualifications Experience in Maintenance & Repair of equipment Strong Troubleshooting skills to quickly and effectively identify and resolve technical issues Proficiency in performing on-site Field Service tasks Customer Service skills to ensure clear communication, problem resolution, and client satisfaction Basic understanding of safety protocols and operational efficiency Ability to work independently in the field and manage time effectively Technical certifications or a diploma in a related field is preferred Previous experience in LPG or related industries is an added advantage
