As we continue to grow our digital presence, we are looking for a growth-oriented Junior Digital Marketing Associate to lead and scale our paid advertising efforts on Google. We are hiring a performance-driven and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns for D2C businesses. The selected candidate will be responsible for complete campaign management, ad budget planning, and team coordination, with a strong focus on improving ROAS, reducing CPA, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Create, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Remarketing platforms to improve overall business performance. Handle monthly ad spends of ₹10 Lakhs+ while ensuring effective budget utilisation, profitability, and strong campaign returns. Build and refine campaign structures to improve scalability, audience targeting, and conversion performance. Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, negative keyword management, and regular A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies. Track and evaluate campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and revenue, and generate detailed reports with actionable recommendations. Manage promotional campaigns during festive periods, seasonal sales, and retargeting activities to increase customer acquisition and conversions. Work closely with the design, content, and creative teams to develop impactful ad creatives and share performance-based inputs for campaign enhancement. Supervise and support a small marketing team or interns by delegating tasks, reviewing execution quality, and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time.
