About the Role We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executives to join our team in Surat, Gujarat and Mumbai, Maharashtra. This role is ideal for someone with 0-3 years of experience, preferably in the textile machinery or related industry, who is interested in building a career in sales and customer relationships. This role involves supporting sales and customer relationship activities for the company in the region. Responsibilities Support sales and customer relationship activities for the company in the region. Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of potential customers. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions. Handle inquiries, offer product demonstrations, and follow up with clients. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales support. Provide regular reports and feedback to the Division Head. Qualifications An undergraduate degree required. Prior exposure to B2B sales or customer-facing roles with experience in the textile machinery industry is a plus. Required Skills You have 0-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the textile machinery or a related industry. You are comfortable working from a fixed location but are open to occasional travel. You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. You are customer-focused, proactive, and eager to learn. You have a problem-solving mindset and enjoy interacting with clients. You are organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
