This Role Gives Exposure To B2B Sales Client Handling SaaS & IoT Industry Real-time customer problem solving Key Responsibilities Sales (Learning + Execution) Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings Support in lead generation and follow-ups Assist in product demos and presentations Learn and gradually handle deal closures Customer Success (Core Focus for Freshers)- Support onboarding of new clients Help clients understand and use the platform effectively- Handle basic client queries and coordinate with technical team Ensure smooth communication and timely responses Account Support- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients Update CRM and maintain records- Assist senior team members in managing key accounts Who Can Apply Fresh graduates (BBA, BCom, MBA, or similar) Candidates with 0–2 years of experience Strong interest in sales, client interaction, and technology Skills Required Good communication skills (English + Hindi; any other language is a plus) Confidence in speaking with clients Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of MS Excel / CRM tools (training will be provided) Required Skills Communication Sales
